Installation instructions
Installation:
1. Press and fit the band body into the Running Clip cavity in the correct direction.
2. Press the lace clip tab on the bottom of the Running Clip to open the spring clip.
3. Insert the lace clip underneath the shoelaces and press the spring clip to secure it.

Disassembly:
1. Press the buckle clip button at the bottom of the Running clip to release the spring clip, then remove it from the shoelace.
2. On the side of the Running clip where the arrow is, press down on the band body with your thumb until the opposite side pops up.
3. Remove the band body from the Running clip from the popped-up side.
