Urban Republic Spotlight: Clearance event is organized by CG Computers Sdn. Bhd. (389271-M) and governed by these terms and conditions and accompanying details and/or guidelines (if any) as may be issued and specified by Urban Republic.​

• Urban Republic Spotlight: Clearance event is a FOUR DAY event from 27 - 30 NOV 2025 and is ONLY applicable at the following three locations:

1. Lot CC-26, West Wing, Level CC | IOI Mall Damansara
2. UR by Switch @ One Borneo Hypermall, Kota Kinabalu
3. Urban Republic @ tHe Spring, Kuching

Date: 27 - 30 NOV 2025 (27 NOV open to SURE Members only)

Time: 10am - 9pm daily 

• Customers who attend Urban Republic Spotlight: Clearance during the promotion period are entitled to:​

• Clearance is available while stocks last (first-come–first-served basis).​

• Products for this event consist of newly launched products, ongoing deals on latest existing flagship models, clearance items on newly sealed items as well as open box, demo, exiting models, and cosmetic defects and clearance on a wide range of accessories brands.​
• No refund or exchange will be provided for any cosmetic defect with "scratches", "marks", "dents", "abrasions", and "discoloration" from age.​
• ​Please inspect product before your purchase (This only applies to demo/open units of core devices such as smartphones and tablets). Sealed units must be purchased prior to inspections.​
• Most clearance devices are no longer covered by warranty, though some exceptions may still apply.​
• Urban Republic will not be liable to provide any refund, returns, exchange or credit where you or other third parties have caused or contributed directly or indirectly to any damage to the products whilst such products were in your possession or control.​
• Urban Republic reserves the right to reject requests for returns and/or refunds where there is suspicion of purchase for the purposes of resale.​

• The first day (27 NOV 2025) of the event will be open exclusively to SURE members only while the following three days (28 – 30 NOV 2025) will be open to the general public.​
• Purchase of core products are capped at 6 devices per customer (two iOS devices, and four Android devices).​
• Cash payments and normal credit card transactions are accepted for all purchases. Credit Card installment options are only available up to 12 months only (minimum spending of RM1,000) with selected banks (CIMB, MBB, UOB).​
• In cases where the customer has failed to make payment, we are unable to reserve the stock for them should they wish to return it on the following day. The stock will be returned to the clearance bin for other shoppers.​
• Data migration & trade-in services will not be available during the clearance period.​
• SURE members WILL NOT be able to collect points for purchases, and UNABLE to redeem vouchers with their SURE Points for payment at the Clearance.

Clearance purchases paid via DuitNow QR or MyDebit are eligible for the BIG30 Giveaway.​⁠Only completed purchases qualify. Unpaid or cancelled transactions are not eligible.​ ⁠If a purchase is refunded for any reason, the corresponding BIG30 entry will be voided.​⁠Urban Republic reserves the right to verify receipts and disqualify any invalid or suspicious entries.​
