1.⁠ ⁠Purchase Limit
To ensure fair availability to customers, each customer is limited to a maximum of [2] unit(s) of iPhone 18 Pro / iPhone 18 Pro Max / [1] unit of iPhone Duo during the pre-order period, regardless of model, storage capacity, colour, account, or order number.

2.⁠ ⁠Personal Use Only
Pre-orders are intended for personal or family use and must not be made for resale, commercial redistribution, or any other business purpose.

3.⁠ ⁠Multiple Orders / Circumvention of Purchase Limits
We reserve the right to identify and review orders that appear to be linked to the same customer or entity, including but not limited to orders sharing common customer details, contact information, payment details, billing or delivery addresses, or other relevant order information.

Creating or using multiple accounts, customer profiles, payment methods, or orders to circumvent the purchase limit is strictly prohibited.

4.⁠ ⁠Bulk or Resale Orders
Orders that appear to be placed in bulk or for the purpose of resale, commercial distribution, or supply to third parties may be subject to additional verification and may be rejected, cancelled, or partially fulfilled at our sole discretion.

For avoidance of doubt, placing multiple separate orders does not guarantee fulfilment where the combined quantity exceeds the applicable purchase limit.

5.⁠ ⁠Order Verification
We reserve the right to request additional information or verification where reasonably necessary to confirm the legitimacy of a pre-order.

Failure to provide the requested information within the required timeframe may result in the pre-order being cancelled.

6.⁠ ⁠Order Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel or limit any pre-order where we reasonably believe that:

•⁠  ⁠the order exceeds the applicable purchase limit;
•⁠  ⁠multiple orders have been placed to circumvent the purchase limit;
•⁠  ⁠the order is intended for resale or commercial redistribution;
•⁠  ⁠inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete information has been provided; or
•⁠  ⁠the order otherwise does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.

In the event of cancellation, any applicable payment or deposit will be refunded in accordance with our refund policy and applicable law.

7.⁠ ⁠No Guarantee of Availability
A successful pre-order submission does not constitute a guarantee of immediate product availability. Fulfilment remains subject to stock availability, allocation, and the applicable launch schedule.

8.⁠ ⁠Right to Amend
We reserve the right to amend the purchase limit, verification requirements, or other pre-order conditions where necessary to ensure fair allocation and availability of products during the launch period.

9.⁠ ⁠Final Decision
Our decision regarding the validity, quantity, fulfilment, or cancellation of a pre-order shall be final, subject to applicable consumer protection laws and regulations.

• Customer must have a valid and active SURE Club account with Urban Republic (where relevant) to be eligible for the promotion.
• Valid only for purchases made at Urban Republic retail and online stores, and does not include marketplace orders (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop).
• Purchases at Urban Republic/UR by Switch will only be receive points for Urban Republic SURE Club.
• Promotion period:
  - 18-30 September 2026 for iPhone 18 Pro, iPhone 18 Pro Max, Apple Watch Series 12, and Apple Watch Ultra 4;
  - 23 October - 8 November 2026 for iPhone Duo; or
  - When the bonus SURE Points have been fully awarded.
• Bonus SURE Points are only granted upon completion of the purchase - full payment is made, receipt/invoice is issued, and customer has received the product.
• Bonus SURE Points are granted in addition to standard SURE Points and other bonuses awarded for an eligible purchase, and will not replace or reduce the standard SURE Points granted for a purchase.
• Customers are not limited to a single bonus SURE Points award. Where a customer purchases multiple eligible products in the same receipt, they may receive the applicable bonus SURE Points for each eligible product, provided that all other eligibility requirements are met.
• If an eligible purchase is cancelled, refunded, reversed, or incomplete, the customer will not be entitled to Bonus SURE Points for that purchase. If a customer has already received the bonus SURE Points for that purchase, we reserve the right to cancel/remove the bonus SURE Points or deduct the equivalent value of the points from the customer’s SURE Club account.
• The Bonus SURE Points will be granted to customer SURE Club accounts at the same time as standard SURE Points for their purchase. The SURE Points should be granted within 48 hours after the purchase is completed/fulfilled.

• Cash voucher is valid for the purchase of accessories only and can only be used on your next purchase.
• Any unused voucher balance is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• If the purchase amount exceeds the voucher value, the remaining balance must be paid by the customer.
• Urban Republic reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
