How do I place my order?

Select your preferred device and choose from Full Payment, Deposit or an eligible Maxis plan on the product page.

How does the deposit option work?

Secure your preferred device with a deposit of RM300 when placing your pre-order. The remaining balance must be paid upon collection during the launch date.

How does the Maxis pre-order option work?

Select the Maxis plan option before adding your device to the cart. A Maxis sales representative will contact you within 3–5 working days to complete the required verification.

How can I select Same-Day Delivery?

Complimentary Same-Day Delivery is available for eligible full-payment orders in selected areas of Klang Valley and Penang. Eligible orders will be processed automatically for Same-Day Delivery, subject to postcode coverage and availability.

Will I get confirmation of my pre-order?

Yes. You will receive an order confirmation via email once you place your pre-order at our online store.

If you didn’t receive any confirmation email regarding your order, please check your Spam folder just in case emails from Urban Republic have been routed there. When will I receive my pre-order?

Pre-orders will be fulfilled from the launch date, subject to product availability and your selected fulfilment method. You may choose home delivery or collect your device at your selected Urban Republic store.

What do I need to bring when collecting my order?

Please bring your order confirmation, order number and a valid government-issued photo ID. Our retail crew may request your IC or other valid identification to verify your identity before releasing the order.

You will receive an email and SMS notification when your order is ready for collection.

Can someone else collect my order on my behalf?

Yes. If you would like a representative to collect your order, select “Someone else will pick it up” at checkout and provide the required details.

The nominated person should bring a valid government-issued photo ID and the order number for verification.

Can I modify or cancel my order once it is placed?

Once your order has been placed, changes to the device specification are not supported. Cancellations and refunds are subject to the applicable pre-order terms and conditions.

If you require assistance, please contact Urban Republic Customer Service as soon as possible.

Can I walk in to purchase on or after the launch date?

Yes, walk-in purchases are available, subject to stock availability. However, we encourage you to pre-order online or in-store to secure your preferred device.

Cash Voucher T&C

  • Cash voucher is valid for the purchase of accessories only and can only be used on your next purchase.
  • Any unused voucher balance is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • If the purchase amount exceeds the voucher value, the remaining balance must be paid by the customer.
