Complimentary Same-Day Delivery is available for eligible full-payment orders in selected areas of Klang Valley and Penang. Eligible orders will be processed automatically for Same-Day Delivery, subject to postcode coverage and availability.

Pre-orders will be fulfilled from the launch date, subject to product availability and your selected fulfilment method. You may choose home delivery or collect your device at your selected Urban Republic store.

Please bring your order confirmation, order number and a valid government-issued photo ID. Our retail crew may request your IC or other valid identification to verify your identity before releasing the order.

You will receive an email and SMS notification when your order is ready for collection.

Yes. If you would like a representative to collect your order, select “Someone else will pick it up” at checkout and provide the required details.

The nominated person should bring a valid government-issued photo ID and the order number for verification.

Once your order has been placed, changes to the device specification are strictly not allowed.

Cancellation requests may be considered only if the order has not been shipped. Approved refunds will be issued via store credit / gift card and may take up to 14 working days to reflect.

All cancellations and refunds are subject to the applicable pre-order terms and conditions.

Yes, walk-in purchases are available, subject to stock availability. However, we encourage you to pre-order online or in-store to secure your preferred device.

• Customer must have a valid and active SURE Club account with Urban Republic (where relevant) to be eligible for the promotion.
• Valid only for purchases made at Urban Republic retail and online stores, and does not include marketplace orders (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop).
• Purchases at Urban Republic/UR by Switch will only be receive points for Urban Republic SURE Club.
• Promotion period:
  - 18-30 September 2026 for iPhone 18 Pro, iPhone 18 Pro Max, Apple Watch Series 12, and Apple Watch Ultra 4;
  - 23 October - 8 November 2026 for iPhone Duo; or
  - When the bonus SURE Points have been fully awarded.
• Bonus SURE Points are only granted upon completion of the purchase - full payment is made, receipt/invoice is issued, and customer has received the product.
• Bonus SURE Points are granted in addition to standard SURE Points and other bonuses awarded for an eligible purchase, and will not replace or reduce the standard SURE Points granted for a purchase.
• Customers are not limited to a single bonus SURE Points award. Where a customer purchases multiple eligible products in the same receipt, they may receive the applicable bonus SURE Points for each eligible product, provided that all other eligibility requirements are met.
• If an eligible purchase is cancelled, refunded, reversed, or incomplete, the customer will not be entitled to Bonus SURE Points for that purchase. If a customer has already received the bonus SURE Points for that purchase, we reserve the right to cancel/remove the bonus SURE Points or deduct the equivalent value of the points from the customer’s SURE Club account.
