  • Outlet Pickup

    How does outlet pickup work?

    Step 1 - Checkout at Urban Republic online store and select "Store Pickup".

    Step 2 - Select the nearest pick-up outlet.

    Step 3 - Complete the order.

    Step 4 - Show the order confirmation email to our staff and collect your device on the selected date.

    * You will need to collect your order within 2 working days from order date.

    ** Present your Identification Card (IC) and the soft/ hard copy of the confirmed pre-order for verification.

    *** For security purposes, representatives are not allowed for device collection.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does pre-order means?

Pre-order means confirmed order for a new device that has not yet been released. It also means the new device will be dispatched from the release date.

I am interested in the product. How do I place my order?

You can place your order by paying with full payment or deposit of RM500/RM300.

Will I get confirmation of my pre-order?

Yes. You will receive an order confirmation via email once you place your pre-order at our online store.

If you didn’t receive any confirmation email regarding your order, please check your Spam folder just in case emails from Urban Republic have been routed there. Can I modify or cancel my order once it is placed?

No. Once you have placed the order, you may not cancel nor modify it. No refund will be entertained.
