1. How much trade-in value will I receive for my laptop?
Eligible laptops will receive a fixed trade-in value of RM300.

2. Is there a limit to this promotion?
Yes. This promotion is limited to the first 120 customers only, while stocks and allocations last.

3. What laptops are eligible for trade-in?
Your laptop must:

• Run on Windows 10 or Windows 11
• Be in working condition
• Come with its original or compatible charger
• Have a visible serial number on the bottom casing

4. Does the age of my laptop matter?
No. The age of the laptop does not matter as long as it:

• Runs on Windows 10 or Windows 11
• Is in working condition
• Comes with a charger

5. Can I trade in a Chromebook?
No. Chromebooks are not eligible for this trade-in promotion.

6. What condition must my laptop be in?
The laptop must be in working condition and free from major physical damage.
Not Accepted:

• Cracked screens
• Severe body damage
• Major physical defects that affect the device's condition

7. Do I need to purchase a product to qualify for the trade-in?
Yes. The trade-in promotion is only applicable with the purchase of any MacBook series model.

8. Can I trade in multiple laptops in a single purchase?
No. Only one (1) laptop trade-in is allowed per transaction.

9. Why does the serial number need to be visible?
The laptop's serial number must be clearly visible on the bottom casing for verification purposes during the trade-in process.

10. Can Urban Republic reject a trade-in device?
Yes. Urban Republic reserves the right to inspect and verify all devices. Devices that do not meet the eligibility requirements may be rejected.
