What does pre-order means?

Pre-order means confirmed order for a new device that has not yet been released. It also means the new device will be dispatched from the release date.

I am interested in the product. How do I place my order?

You can place your order by paying a deposit of RM300, in full payment or sign up with Maxis plan.

How long does it take for me to get a hold of my new product?

  1. You can have it delivered to your doorstep once you place your order during the pre-order period from 12th September 2025* or
  2. We provide complimentary same day delivery to your selected location(s)*

*Same day delivery applies to the selected postcodes and states only, subjected to availability. This is solely applicable upon full payment method.

Will I get confirmation of my pre-order?

Yes. You will receive an order confirmation via email once you place your pre-order at our online store.

If you didn’t receive any confirmation email regarding your order, please check your Spam folder just in case emails from Urban Republic have been routed there. Can I modify or cancel my order once it is placed?

No. Once you have placed the order, you may not cancel nor modify it. No refund will be entertained.
