Gift Card Terms and Conditions

• • The gift card is only valid once it is purchased and activated with monetary value added.
• • The gift card can be used at any Switch or Urban Republic outlets.
• • This gift card is valid for 1 Year from date of purchase and activation.
• • This gift card is valid for ONE (1) time use only.
• • In case the value of the merchandise exceeds the value of gift card, the difference shall be paid by the bearer.
• • In case the value of the merchandise is below the value of gift card, the unused amount will be forfeited.
• • The value of the gift card cannot be exchanged for cash.
• • Protect the gift card number and PIN to avoid misuse. Urban Republic shall not assume any liability in case the gift card number and/or PIN gets stolen/compromised.
• • Urban Republic shall neither replace the gift card nor refund cash for any loss of gift card.
• • Only the original, valid gift card would be accepted.
• • This gift card is the property of Urban Republic and is not for resale.
• • By purchasing and using this gift card, customers will be deemed to have read and accepted the terms and conditions.
• • Available for purchase in-stores only.
• • Purchases of gift cards are not eligible to earn SURE points.
• • Urban Republic reserves the right to amend the terms & conditions at its discretion without prior notice.
