Terms and Conditions

Urban Republic Warehouse Spotlight: Clearance event is organized by CG Computers Sdn. Bhd. (389271-M) and governed by these terms and conditions and accompanying details and/or guidelines (if any) as may be issued and specified by Urban Republic.
By participating in the event, you shall be deemed to have read, understood, and accepted the terms and conditions and any other relevant terms applicable, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Urban Republic reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions at its sole discretion without prior notice.

PROMOTION PERIOD

Urban Republic Warehouse Spotlight: Clearance event is a FOUR DAY event from 28th NOV - 1st DEC 2024 and is ONLY applicable at:

2. Customers who attend Urban Republic Warehouse Spotlight: Clearance during the promotion period are entitled to:

3. The Clearance is available while stocks last (first-come-first-served basis).

RETURN & WARRANTY POLICY FOR CLEARANCE STOCK

4. Products for this event consists of newly-launched products, ongoing deals on latest existing flagship models, clearance items on newly-sealed items as well as open box, demo, old products, and cosmetic defects and clearance on a wide range of accessories brands.
5. No refund or exchange will be provided for any cosmetic defect with "scratches”, “marks", "dents", "abrasions", and "discolouration" from age.
6. Please inspect product (demo/open units only) prior to purchase. Proceed to the test counter for product testing before proceeding to the checkout station. (This only applies to core devices such as smartphones and tablets)
7. Most clearance devices are no longer covered by warranty, though some exceptions may still apply.
8. Urban Republic will not be liable to provide any refund, returns, exchange or credit where you or other third parties have caused or contributed directly or indirectly to any damage to the products whilst such products were in your possession or control.
9. Urban Republic reserves the right to reject requests for returns and/or refunds where there is suspicion of purchase for the purposes of resale.

PURCHASING GUIDELINES

10. The first day (28th NOV 2024) of the event will be open exclusively to SOGO Card & SURE Club members only while the following three days (29th DEC - 1st NOV 2024) will be open to the general public.
11. Purchase of core products are capped at 6 devices per customer (two iOS devices, and four Android devices).
12. Cash payments and normal credit card transactions are accepted for all purchases. Credit Card instalment options are only available up to 12 months only (minimum spending of RM1,000) with selected banks (CIMB Bank, Maybank, and UOB Bank).
13. In cases where the customer has failed to make payment, we are unable to reserve the stock for them should they wish to return on the following day. The stock will be returned to the clearance bin for other shoppers.
14. Data migration & trade-in services will not be available during clearance period.
15. SURE Club members will not be able to collect points for purchases, or redeem vouchers with their SURE Points for payment at the Clearance.

MARKETING AND PUBLICITY

16. The images used may not be the exact representation of the product.
17. While all efforts are made to check pricing and other error, inadvertent errors do occur from time to time and Urban Republic reserves the right to change without prior notice.
