We are upgrading our systems in December 2024. As part of this process, our loyalty program will be unavailable starting 1 December 2024, 12:00 AM, until further notice.
During the pause:
- You won’t be able to view your SURE Points balance.
- Voucher redemption will be temporarily unavailable.
Don’t worry—your loyalty points are safe and will remain in our system.
You can still earn points! We’ll track and allocate them based on your purchases, and your updated balance will be visible once the process is complete.
No, existing voucher codes cannot be used during this period. If you’ve already redeemed a voucher, please use it online by 30 November 2024.
